1What these terms govern
These terms govern your use of the crossup.co website. They are short because the site does little: it describes a product, and collects an email address if you offer one.
They do not govern the CrossUP application. When the app launches it will have its own terms, which you will be asked to accept separately. Joining the waitlist does not bind you to anything in advance.
2The product described here does not exist yet
CrossUP is in development. Everything on this site — the four pillars, the pricing tiers, the interface shown in the mockups, the launch cities — describes what we intend to build, not something you can use today.
Plans change. Features described here may ship differently, later, or not at all. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver a specific feature on a specific date.
3The waitlist
- Joining costs nothing and obliges you to nothing.
- It does not guarantee access, a place in any particular wave, or a particular price.
- References to "founding-member terms" describe an intention, not a contractual offer. The actual terms will be presented before you are ever asked to pay.
- You can ask us to remove you at any time by writing to info@crossup.co.
4Age
This website is intended for adults. CrossUP itself will be open to people aged 15 and over, with the protections described on the protection of minors page. Please do not submit personal details through this site if you are under 15.
5What belongs to whom
The CrossUP name, the logo, the wordmark, the interface designs and the text on this site belong to CrossUP LLC. You may link to the site and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy the design wholesale, present it as your own, or use the branding to imply a relationship that does not exist.
Photography on this site is licensed stock, and the licence does not transfer to you.
6What you agree not to do
- Submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission.
- Use automated tools to flood the forms or scrape the site.
- Attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not publicly offered.
- Use the site to distribute malware, or in a way that breaks the law.
7The site is provided as it is
We try to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the extent permitted by law, CrossUP LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.
No monetary cap applies. The exclusion of indirect and consequential losses above is the whole of the limitation, which reflects the fact that this site takes no payment and delivers no service.
8Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina, and by using this site you agree to their jurisdiction.
One limit worth stating
Choosing a forum does not override consumer protection law elsewhere. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, mandatory rules in your country of residence may still apply to you, and you may retain the right to bring proceedings there regardless of this clause. We state this because it is true, not because the choice above is in doubt.

2El producto descrito aquí todavía no existe
CrossUP está en desarrollo. Todo lo que aparece en este sitio —los cuatro pilares, los planes de precio, la interfaz de los mockups, las ciudades de lanzamiento— describe lo que pretendemos construir, no algo que puedas usar hoy.
Los planes cambian. Las funciones descritas aquí pueden salir de otra forma, más tarde, o no salir. Nada en este sitio es un compromiso de entregar una función concreta en una fecha concreta.
3La lista de espera
- Apuntarse no cuesta nada ni obliga a nada.
- No garantiza acceso, ni un lugar en una ola concreta, ni un precio concreto.
- Las menciones a "condiciones de miembro fundador" describen una intención, no una oferta contractual. Las condiciones reales se presentarán antes de que se te pida pagar.

4Edad

5Qué pertenece a quién
El nombre CrossUP, el logotipo, el logotipo tipográfico, los diseños de interfaz y los textos de este sitio pertenecen a CrossUP LLC. Puedes enlazar al sitio y citarlo con atribución. No puedes copiar el diseño en bloque, presentarlo como propio, ni usar la marca para dar a entender una relación que no existe.
Las fotografías de este sitio son de banco con licencia, y esa licencia no se te transfiere.
6Lo que aceptas no hacer
- Enviar información falsa, o datos de otra persona sin su permiso.
- Usar herramientas automatizadas para saturar los formularios o extraer el contenido del sitio.
- Intentar acceder a sistemas o datos que no se ofrecen públicamente.
- Usar el sitio para distribuir software malicioso o de forma contraria a la ley.
7El sitio se ofrece tal como está
Procuramos que la información sea exacta y que el sitio esté disponible, pero no garantizamos ninguna de las dos cosas. El sitio se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la máxima medida que permita la ley.
En la medida permitida por la ley, CrossUP LLC no responde por daños indirectos o consecuenciales derivados del uso de este sitio web.
No se aplica ningún límite económico. La exclusión de daños indirectos y consecuenciales que antecede constituye toda la limitación, lo que refleja que este sitio no cobra nada ni presta servicio alguno.
8Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Carolina del Sur, Estados Unidos, sin atender a sus normas de conflicto de leyes. Los litigios se sustanciarán ante los tribunales estatales o federales del condado de Charleston, Carolina del Sur, y al usar este sitio aceptas su jurisdicción.
Un límite que conviene decir
Elegir un fuero no desplaza la normativa de consumo de otros países. Si eres consumidor en el Espacio Económico Europeo o el Reino Unido, pueden seguir siéndote aplicables las normas imperativas de tu país de residencia, y conservar el derecho a demandar allí pese a esta cláusula. Lo decimos porque es cierto, no porque la elección anterior esté en duda.
